Brad Sr is the father of Brad Jr as well as studio training team members Jonathan and Caroline. Brad Sr. is also the father of another daughter named Kelly. After serving 5 decades in the teaching, coaching and fitness industry, Brad Sr is beyond excited to bring his wealth of expertise and knowledge to the KoloFit Team. Born and raised in Detroit Michigan in a highly competitive family of 8, Brad began to zero in on the importance of health and fitness at an early age and its importance to gaining an edge both on and off the playing field. He was a two sport D-1 College Athlete (Baseball and Soccer) and later went on to Grad school where he competed on the JU Rugby and Water Ski Teams. His many years of coaching high school athletics in Georgia brought about State Titles in multiple sports along with numerous “Coach of the Year” accolades. While on staff at Blessed Trinity Catholic School in Roswell, in addition to coaching Baseball and Chair of the Health and Physical Education Dept., Brad served as the Strength and Conditioning Coach where he instilled highly competitive training workouts focusing on sport specifics and functional training.
Current Braves Catcher Tyler Flowers along with Olympic Gold Medal and World Record Holder Martin Zubero are just two of the countless athletes who has reaped the benefits of Brad Sr’s guidance over the years.
Today Brad’s innovative and challenging approach to Health and Fitness Training focuses on each individual’s needs and the various paths necessary to achieve optimum results in the shortest time frame. Brad Sr’s specialties include building lean muscle mass, increasing strength, improving flexibility, developing cardiovascular endurance, injury prevention, weight loss, nutritional guidance, and the secrets of his “Forever Ageless” Formula. Brad Sr. provides his clients the necessary tools to being consistent in their goals and aspirations. He realizes that paying specific attention to detail and a realistic but challenging approach to developing sound health and fitness habits is the foundation for an enduring productive and happy lifestyle.
Brad Sr spends his leisure time with his family as well as at the beach and lake. Golf, tennis, wake surfing and enjoying the local and national sports scene is high on his list. Playing with his English Creme Golden Retriever “Buddy” fills in the rest! Brad Sr looks forward to being a big part of your quest in becoming the best version of you!
