Brad Kolowich Jr Fitness’ current client base ranges broadly from those looking to shed unwanted body fat in persuit of a lean and toned physique, to those looking to maintain or gain muscle mass, to those looking to maximize their speed, quickness, and agility. In addition to his nine years of experience in the fitness industry, Brad holds a bachelors degree from the University of Georgia. Prior to graduating from UGA, he played division 1 varsity tennis at Florida State University. Before moving on to play tennis for the Seminoles of FSU, Brad spent his lower, middle, and high school years traveling the country where he received state, sectional and national rankings, earning honors as one of the top ranked junior tennis players in the country. Brad’s currently certified through the nationally accredited American Council on Exercise (A.C.E.) as well as being CPR certified by the American Red Cross. He is also certified through the United States Professional Tennis Association (U.S.P.T.A).
Brad and his team are consistently researching the latest trends in the fitness industry to provide their clients with only the best of knowledge and service.
Brad’s recent television appearances include CBS’s “Better Mornings Show” as well as live from the studio with FOX 5′s “Good Day Atlanta.” Brad has also been featured in various magazine publications over the years.
