Brad and his Atlanta personal training team is excited to hear from you, whatever the reason may be that you initiated your fitness journey.
At the Brad Kolowich Jr Personal Training Studio, we will begin your journey by taking a close look at your exercise and health background. We’ll then schedule your initial meeting with Brad, which will include both short and long term goal setting, tailoring a personal training setup to fit your specific scheduling needs, as well as planning your Baseline Fitness Evaluation session. If necessary, we’ll look to take a closer look at your daily nutrition and begin your nutritional guidance planning phase. Whatever you fitness goal may be, Brad and his team of Atlanta personal trainers are trained to work with you every step of the way.
Following your initial meeting with Brad, we will setup your Baseline Fitness Evaluation session. Your Baseline Fitness Evaluations will consist of your body point measurements, before photography, and strength and endurance tests (so a nice little workout in itself!). Baseline Fitness Evaluations are designed to get a close look at where you stand prior to beginning your personally designed exercise program. Your Baseline Fitness Evaluations are also a wonderful way to measure your ongoing progress throughout your journey with Brad and his team of Atlanta personal trainers. Although not mandatory, fitness evaluations are highly suggested by Brad and his Atlanta personal training team.
After your Baseline Fitness Evaluation session, we will schedule your first actual personal training session. It is in your first personal training session that we will really begin to target your fitness goals through an exercise program that is tailored to your specific individual needs. All personal training programs at the Brad Kolowich Jr Personal Training Studio in Atlanta are setup on a month-by-month basis. No long term contracts.
Through a combination of a well designed resistance plan, cardiovascular plan, and sound nutritional guidance, you will be in the position to achieve tremendous results with Brad and his team of Atlanta personal trainers.
