Atlanta based Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist Brad Kolowich Jr currently holds over 12 years of experience in the fitness industry. As a native of Atlanta, Brad spent his early years at Holy Innocents Episcopal School while also traveling the country where he received state, sectional and national rankings, earning honors as one of the top ranked junior tennis players in the country. He then moved onto play Division I varsity tennis for the Seminoles of Florida State University (FSU) and later graduated from the University of Georgia. Brad holds a bachelors degree from the University of Georgia (UGA) as well as being certified by some of the most honored organizations including the nationally accredited American Council on Exercise (A.C.E.), the American Red Cross (CPR/AED), and the United States Professional Tennis Association (USPTA) as a tennis teaching professional. In addition, Brad has furthered his education through a Specialist in Longevity and Anti-Aging course with the American Council on Exercise.
Brad’s current daily clientele travels from all over, some traveling for hours daily to their multiple weekly sessions for his knowledge and expertise in the areas of weight loss, leaning and toning, muscle growth, core development, cardiovascular conditioning, nutritional design, injury prevention, flexibility, sports specific training, and motivation. Brad has dedicated his career to staying on top of the latest research and developments in the fitness and anti-aging industry ensuring that his clients are provided with only the very best in the makeup of their exercise programs, workout techniques, and nutritional program design.
In addition to tennis, Brad’s athletic background also includes success in soccer, swimming, basketball, baseball, and Krav Maga. He enjoys filling his free time participating in these sports as well as being adventurous and active outdoors. Born and raised in Atlanta, Ga., Mandy, Brad’s wife, is an ISSA Nationally Accredited Certified Personal Trainer as well as Certified Specialist in Fitness Nutrition and an ACE Certified Health Coach. Mandy has been a competitive athlete since the young age of 3 when she began as a gymnast. She later made the transition from gymnastics to cheerleading, where she earned honors as an All-American High School Cheerleader.
While juggling her competitive cheerleading schedule, Mandy also ran track. She later went on to Division I Western Carolina University, where she cheered Basketball, Football, as well as for the competition squad. In 2002, Mandy helped lead the competition team to their first ever finals in a national competition and their all time highest ranking finish to date. At the conclusion of her freshman year, Mandy was named MVP of the cheerleading squad by the WCU athletic department. Mandy then transferred to the University of Georgia, where she graduated Suma Cum Laude and earned a degree in Early Childhood Education.
After teaching Kindergarden for 6 1/2 years, Mandy is now training, providing nutritional coaching, and assisting in managing the Brad Kolowich Jr Fitness Studio full-time. Mandy’s strength’s include helping women of all ages and ability levels reach various goals through sound training and nutrition plans, as well as working with youth athletes.
Mandy is also the creator of Brad Kolowich Jr Personal Training Studio’s very own line of “healthy treats”. In studio, she creates a variety of pre and post workout treats including protein bars and even healthy protein cake pops. In August of 2012, Jezebel Magazine recognized her very own protein cake pops in an article featuring the studio.
Mandy is an avid runner and enjoys entering local and regional races of all distances. After years of mid distance running, in 2016, Mandy ran her first marathon, the Georgia Publix Marathon. In March of 2017, Mandy ran her second marathon in Wrightsville Beach where she qualified for the 2018 Boston Marathon. If you don’t see her running the roads of Atlanta, you may find her spending time outdoors at the lake with Brad and their labradoodles Rocky and Berkeley, traveling the world, reading, hanging out with friends and family, trying new restaurants, but mostly just anything that keeps her staying active!
Jonathan Kolowich | Certified Personal Trainer

Jonathan Kolowich, the younger brother of Brad Kolowich Jr, grew up in the Atlanta area. Jonathan is a graduate of Georgia State University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Managerial Science. He was on the Dean’s List throughout his collegiate career, and finished his last semester on the Principal’s Honor Roll with a 4.0 GPA. Jonathan attended Georgia State University on a baseball scholarship. Throughout his baseball career, he earned accolades such as CAA Rookie of the Week, CAA Player of the Week, and most recently College Sports Madness Conference Player of the Week just last February. Since finishing his baseball career, he has dedicated his time to the fitness industry. He is certified by the nationally accredited International Sports Science Association (I.S.S.A.) as a fitness trainer, and also CPR/ AED certified by Red Cross.
Jonathan’s biggest accomplishment thus far in the fitness industry took place in September 2012. He competed in the Men’s Fitness Ultimate Athlete Challenge in Las Vegas, a highly regarded event highlighting the best all around athletes in the world, and came in 4th place overall. His expertise is in muscle leaning and toning, weight loss management, muscle growth training techniques, and sports specific training. In his free time, Jonathan enjoys playing pickup games of basketball, baseball, running, wakeboarding, and spending quality time with his family and friends.
Caroline Kolowich | Certified Personal Trainer, Evaluations and Transformation Specialist

Caroline Kolowich, the younger sister of Brad Kolowich Jr. and Jonathan Kolowich, graduated from the University of Georgia with her Bachelors of Science in Health Promotion. Caroline has had a passion for health and fitness and continues to pursue this here at the studio as a Certified Personal Trainer and Evaluation + Transformation Specialist.
Growing up, Caroline spent a great amount of her time at Great Gig Dance Co., located in Kennesaw, GA., where she was a part of the ensemble dance team. She took ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, contemporary and pointe and claims that this was a time in which she found her love for not only dance but also fitness and nutrition. As early as high school, Caroline was certain that she would pursue her dreams in health and fitness and one day make this a part of her career.
In her free time, Caroline enjoys staying active, spending time with family and friends, playing with her pug named Nug, photography, and cooking. She is passionate about food and finding new and healthy recipes in which she shares through the @bradkolowichjr instagram page as well as her personal instagram page, @carolkolofit.

Audrey Kolowich, is married to Jonathan Kolowich, and was born and raised in Georgia. Audrey attended Georgia State University, on a softball scholarship and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Communications. Throughout her college career, she earned accolades such as CAA All Rookie Team, CAA All 2nd Team, All America Scholar Athlete, and was a member of the Dean’s List. Audrey has always had a passion for health and fitness and is determined to help others reach their fitness goals.
At her last position, she worked in elementary schools teaching students about the importance of health and fitness. She discovered that she wanted to take her passion to the next level and pursue a career in personal training. She is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a fitness trainer, and also CPR/ AED certified by Red Cross. In her free time, Audrey enjoys outdoor activities, traveling, and spending time with Jonathan and their two dogs, Bentley and Tucker.

Craig was born and raised in Greenville, South Carolina. He grew up playing sports, specifically basketball. His talent and heart for basketball lead him to play collegiate hoops for a private school in South Carolina. It was here that Craig developed his passion for fitness and weight lifting during his many hours in the gym with the basketball team. After earning his personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (N.A.S.M) and achieving his degree in Sport and Exercise Science, Craig worked at the YMCA as a fitness instructor for two years.
Craig believes building relationships with people and showing them that you truly care is the foundation to having a successful career in the health field. He enjoys having conversations with individuals to spark dialogue about what they are passionate about and thoroughly enjoys sharing in the experience. Craig specializes in weight loss as well as muscle growth and development. Craig helps clients achieve their fitness related goals through a combination of unconventional training techniques that challenge and push the limits of both himself and his clients.
Outside of the gym, Craig enjoys adventurous outdoor activities, camping and attending sporting events, specifically that of the University of Georgia and Duke University.

Adam has over 12 years of experience as a full time personal trainer and coach. He is committed to challenging and helping clients reach their goals and potential, as well as bringing his creativity to the table when it comes to training, making his workouts second to none, and always looking to raise the bar.
In addition to his one-on-one and group personal training career, Adam has been instructing amateur and professional level Boxing and Muay Thai Kickboxing for over 14 years. Adam began boxing himself in 1998 where he trained alongside top talents such as pro boxer Jay Snyder (former Cruiser Weight Contender), Chris Johnson (2002 Olympic Boxing Medalist) and Muay Thai World Champion Chike Lindsay, to name a few.
In his free time, Adam enjoys spending time with his wife and children.

Iain Vance is a National Strength and Conditioning Association (N.S.C.A.) certified trainer from Atlanta, GA. Iain is also CPR/ AED certified by Red Cross. He graduated from Georgia State University with his bachelor’s degree in political science and master’s degree in sports business. Iain played varsity soccer and football in high school and Division 1 football in college being recruited by Georgia Institute of Technology to play football in 2006 before transferring to the University of Alabama, and eventually ending up playing for Georgia State University’s inaugural football team under Coach Bill Curry in 2009. Iain became the first Georgia State football player to earn all-America recognition with his selection to the all-America third team by the Sports Network. He was also one of 10 finalists for the Fred Mitchell Award, which recognizes the Football Championship Subdivision (FCS), Division II, Division III or NAIA placekicker who excels on the football field and in the community. He also earned FCS Special Teams Player of the Week recognition. In high school he was named to the first-team all-county by the Gwinnett County Touchdown Club as well as second-team all-county honors from the Gwinnett Daily Post and Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
Iain has been a fitness enthusiast for 10 years and specializes in fitness aspects of strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular training.
Iain also has a background in law enforcement serving the Atlanta area, and most recently banking with a major financial institution. He enjoys being outdoors, good food, good times and surrounding himself with even better people.
