Brad Kolowich Jr. | Owner & Personal Trainer

Brad Kolowich Jr is an Atlanta based certified personal trainer with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry.  As a native of Atlanta, Brad spent his early years at Holy Innocents Episcopal School while also traveling the country where he received state, sectional and national rankings, earning honors as one of the top ranked junior tennis players in the country.  He then moved onto play Division I varsity tennis for the Seminoles of Florida State University (FSU) and later graduated from the University of Georgia.  Brad holds a bachelors degree from the University of Georgia (UGA) as well as being certified by some of the most honored organizations including the nationally accredited American Council on Exercise (A.C.E.), the American Red Cross (CPR/AED), and the United States Professional Tennis Association (USPTA) as a tennis teaching professional.  In addition, Brad has earned his Specialist in Longevity and Anti-Aging.

Brad’s current daily clientele, ranging from business professionals to celebrities, travel from all over, some traveling for hours daily to their multiple weekly sessions, for his knowledge and expertise in the areas of weight loss, leaning and toning, muscle growth, core development, cardiovascular conditioning, nutritional design, injury prevention, flexibility, sports specific training, and motivation.  Brad has dedicated his career to staying on top of the latest research and developments in the fitness and anti-aging industry ensuring that his clients are provided with only the very best in the makeup of their exercise programs, workout techniques, and nutritional program design.

In addition to tennis, Brad’s athletic background also includes success in soccer, swimming, basketball, baseball, and Krav Maga.  He enjoys filling his free time participating in these sports as well as being adventurous and active outdoors. Some of Brad’s favorite pastimes are whitewater rafting, skydiving, target shooting, snowboarding, trying new restaurants in Atlanta, traveling the world, hanging with his family and friends, as well as spending quality time with Mandy and his labradoodle Rocky.

Brad’s recent television appearances include CBS’s “Better Mornings Show” as well as live from the studio with FOX 5′s “Good Day Atlanta.”  Brad has also been featured in various magazine publications over the years including nationally publicized Exercise and Health Magazine, Men’s Workout Magazine and Jezebel Magazine.


Mandy Malool | Personal Trainer & Specialist in Fitness Nutrition
I.S.S.A-CPT, SFN, B.S.Ed. , CPR

Born and raised in Atlanta, Ga., Mandy is an ISSA Nationally Accredited Certified Personal Trainer as well as Certified Specialist in Fitness Nutrition. Mandy has been a competitive athlete since the young age of 3 when she began as a gymnast. She later made the transition from gymnastics to cheerleading, where she earned honors as an All-American High School Cheerleader.

While juggling her competitive cheerleading schedule, Mandy also ran track. She later went on to Division I Western Carolina University, where she cheered Basketball, Football, as well as for the competition squad. Mandy then transferred to the University of Georgia, where she graduated Suma Cum Laude and earned a degree in Early Childhood Education.

After teaching Kindergarden for 6 1/2 years, Mandy is now training, providing nutritional coaching, and assisting in managing the Brad Kolowich Jr Fitness Studio full-time. Mandy’s strength’s include helping women of all ages and ability levels reach various goals through sound training and nutrition plans, as well as working with youth athletes.

Mandy is also the creator of Brad Kolowich Jr Personal Training Studio’s very own line of “healthy treats”.  In studio, she creates and sells a variety of pre and post workout shakes, protein bars and even healthy protein cake pops.  In August of 2012, Jezebel Magazine recognized her very own protein cake pops in an article featuring the studio.

In her free time, Mandy enjoys spending time outdoors with Brad and her labradoodle Rocky, running, traveling, reading, hanging out with friends and family, being involved in her Church, trying new restaurants, but mostly just anything that keeps her staying active!

Jonathan Kolowich | Personal Trainer
I.S.S.A-CFT, B.S.S, CPR

Jonathan Kolowich, the younger brother of Brad Kolowich Jr, grew up in the Atlanta area. Jonathan is a recent graduate of Georgia State University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Managerial Science. He was on the Dean’s List throughout his collegiate career, and finished his last semester on the Principal’s Honor Roll with a 4.0 GPA. Jonathan attended Georgia State University on a baseball scholarship. Throughout his baseball career, he earned accolades such as CAA Rookie of the Week, CAA Player of the Week, and most recently College Sports Madness Conference Player of the Week just last February. Since finishing his baseball career, he has dedicated his time to the fitness industry. He is certified by the nationally accredited International Sports Science Association (I.S.S.A.) as a fitness trainer, and also CPR/ AED certified by Red Cross.

Jonathan’s biggest accomplishment thus far in the fitness industry took place in September 2012. He competed in the Men’s Fitness Ultimate Athlete Challenge in Las Vegas, a highly regarded event highlighting the best all around athletes in the world, and came in 4th place overall. He brings to the table knowledge in muscle leaning and toning, weight loss management, and also muscle growth training techniques. In his free time, Jonathan enjoys playing pickup games of basketball, slow pitch softball, running, wakeboarding, and spending quality time with his family and friends.


Andy Keller | Personal Trainer
N.A.S.M. – CPT , Red Cross – CPR

Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Andy is certified through the nationally accredited National Academy of Sports Medicine (N.A.S.M).  He specializes in muscle leaning and toning, muscle growth and enhancement, as well as weight loss management through many of his high intensity training techniques.

Prior to becoming a Certified Personal Trainer, Andy attended college on scholarship as a baseball athlete as well as juggled a part-time modeling career.  Since then, Andy has dedicated his life to staying up to date on the latest fitness and nutrition trends in providing his clients with only the best.  Andy’s moto is, “Check the “I can’t” and excuses at the door. Expect nothing but results.”  In his free time, Andy enjoys traveling, running, lifting weights (currently deadlifts over 500 lbs.), indulging in new restaurants, and attending sporting events.
