As a trainer with many years experience, working with all ranges of fitness levels, JB understands the importance of staying flexible, strong and well conditioned. Through experience and his own fitness journey, he has learned to work around injury, tailor exercises to ability and get the most out of every client and exercise.
As your trainer, JB will help you become stronger through all planes and ranges of motion. “Life is a sport so you must train for it!”
During a session with JB you will use various modes and methods to help you reach your fitness goals. His goal is to help you feel stronger, look better and give you the energy needed for the demands of your life. The workouts will be fun, effective and safe.
JB has a wife, daughter and three dogs at home that also keep him very busy. They enjoy sports, fitness training and outdoor activities.
