Brad and his team of Atlanta personal trainers and Lake Oconee personal trainers will be with you every step of the way, whether you’re new to fitness or have been physically active for years. We’re here to help you on your fitness journey.
At the KoloFit Personal Training Studio, we will begin your journey by scheduling your initial meeting with Brad, in which he will help you set short- and long-term goals as well as create a personal training and nutritional guidance plan that is tailored to your specific needs. Brad will help to ensure that your nutrition is on track to achieve your specific goals as well as discuss further steps, if necessary, to ensure a long term healthy nutritional approach. In addition, Brad will work with you to plan your Initial Baseline Fitness Evaluation session with he himself or one of his team members at the KoloFit Studio. It is in your Baseline Fitness Evaluation session that your KoloFit team member will collect all of your body point measurements, “before” photographs, weigh-in, body fat % testing (through laser accurate Ultrasound technology), and strength and endurance tests (so a nice little workout in itself!). Baseline Fitness Evaluations are designed to get a close look at where you stand prior to beginning your personally designed exercise program. Your Baseline Fitness Evaluations are also a wonderful way to measure your ongoing progress throughout your journey with Brad and his team of Atlanta personal trainers and Lake Oconee personal trainers. Although not mandatory, fitness evaluations are highly suggested by Brad and his Atlanta personal training team and Lake Oconee personal training team.
After your Baseline Fitness Evaluation session, we will ensure that you’re set for your next personal training session. It is in your next personal training session that we will really begin to target your fitness goals through an exercise program that is tailored specifically to you. All personal training programs at the KoloFit Personal Training Studio in Atlanta and Lake Oconee are set up on a session package basis – so no long-term contracts.
